Snow Connect endeavors to ensure your planned Tour or Transfer runs smoothly.

We do have a few terms and conditions to ensure our service is what you expect from us.

General Terms and Conditions

Quotes valued for 14 days.

  • 50% deposit is requested at the time of the booking and the remaining balance is due 30 days before your transfer or tour.
  • All deposits or full payments for Private transfers or Private Tours are non- refundable.
  • Price includes National Park entry.
  • Payments can be made by credit card, cash, eftpos or direct deposit (please note a 1.5% surcharge for Visa or Mastercard will be applied, and a 3% surcharge for American Express).
  • Seat belts must be worn.
  • We ask that you limit one bag per traveling guest when 4 are traveling together. Please let us know if there is excess luggage as we have limited room and your trip may not be able to go ahead if so.
  • Skis and snowboards can be stored on the roof in the canopy.
  • If flights are delayed please notify us of expected arrival time. Additional charges will occur for waiting times and charged at $50 per hour.
  • Happy to stop along the way or in Jindabyne for food or coffee. Limited stop time is 30 minutes only on route. Any longer or unplanned stops are charged at $50 per hour.
  • Tours are subject to road and weather conditions. Pick up times may be changed to allow more time to get to your destination.

If it is not suitable to do the tour due to weather and road conditions a full refund will be given.

Due to the nature of Snow Connect Tours being an outdoor walking and driving tour exposed to nature in the open countryside and are by their very nature not absolutely free from hazard.

Snow Connect makes every effort to minimise risk to clients and instructs clients in the safe negotiation of such risks that may remain.

Consequently, the client acknowledges that there are circumstances in which an accident could befall a client without Snow Connect being at fault and accepts that to that extent he / she is taking part in a Snow Connect tour at his / her own risk.

The client acknowledges that other loss, damage and expense (including, without limitation, loss of money, loss or damage to clothes and possessions and the expenses of delay and harm) caused other than by the negligence of Snow Connect. If any situation arises is not the responsibility of Snow Connect and that Snow Connect liability is hereby limited.

The client must sign a consent form prior to their tour. A consent form acknowledges all the terms and conditions and it will be presented to the client on the morning of the tour.

Snow Connect provides the perfect tours for you. Loaded with features, options & opportunities to take photographs. We have the best local knowledge around, but don’t take our word for it, ask any of our clients!
