Yarrangobilly Caves Tour

Snow Connect Tours invites you to join us on an all day tour exploring Yarrangobilly Caves and the surrounding Snowy Mountains National Park.

So bring your camera, swimmers and hiking shoes.

Departing from the Snowy Mountains we head to Berridale, then Adaminaby, stopping for morning tea at the local bakery where you may purchase and indulge in the fresh scones, cakes, bread, and of course great coffee.

We then head off and show you around the township of Adaminaby which is the home of the famous big trout. There is an historical museum that contains photos of the old Adaminaby Township. Eucumbene Lake is beautiful and the old town lies below. In 1958 the town was moved to its current location flooded by the Snowy Hydro-Electric Scheme.

Next stop Sawyers Hill Hut – venture inside as it has a story to tell.

We then wander through the remains of the Gold rush town of Kiandra.

At the entrance to the National Park on the way to Mount Selwyn you can see some of the historic machinery that was used during the Gold rush days.

Now for the highlight of our tour as we continue onto the Yarrangobilly Caves.

Please note that guided tour times are seasonal, so departure times will need to be organised at the time of the booking. This will determine whether we can fit in 3 cave tours or 2.
